Donald Coe founded Paragon Construction & Associates, LLC. in 2020 to carry on the business philosophy and vision of his late Father-in-Law, Don Pinkerton (Founder of RPR Construction 1983-2020). He learned from Don to remain committed to being the contractor of choice for clients to demand the highest quality, professionalism and competitiveness in the delivery of construction services. His core values of honesty and integrity has developed a strong network of relationships in the East Texas Area.

Donald brings over 21 years’ experience in the construction industry. Donald has experience with all types of commercial construction and is proficient in all areas of construction management including estimating, scheduling, buyout and cost control. Donald also handles the marketing and sales for the company and his outstanding people skills contribute greatly to his marketing and sales efforts. Donald has called Tyler his home for over 46 years. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Lori of 22 years and his two teenage children Walker and Sarah. He and his wife stay regularly active in the community by serving and supporting Camp Tyler, American Cancer Society of Smith County, The Salvation Army and their church home, Marvin United Methodist Church.

Kinsey partnered with Paragon Construction and Associates, LLC. in 2020 in order to pursue his passion. Kinsey has over 24 years’ experience in residential and commercial construction and has an excellent reputation amongst his peers in the East Texas construction industry. Having successfully completed multi-million dollar projects from schools, hospitals, sports facilities, restaurants, retail stores and more, Kinsey has an eye for excellence and ensuring his projects are held to the highest standard from start to completion. Kinsey is a lifetime resident of the Tyler area and currently resides in Bullard with his wife Erin of over 15 years. Kinsey enjoys spending time with his wife and four daughters, as well as hunting, fishing, and golfing any chance he gets.
